Description
The FSU in its black panel. A multi effect of 24 programs in three banks: DISTORT, GLITCH and SOS. Mono in, stereo out.
Key features
- 24 programs in three banks of eight, each held on its own lit button
- DISTORT: tape saturation, a bit crusher, a clipper, rectifiers, ring modulators and frequency shifters
- GLITCH: glitch pitch and chorus, varispeed, random and pitched grains, a many-head pitch feedback
- SOS, sound on sound: looping heads, pitch, chorus, varispeed, grains, a buffer degrade and a frozen plate
- DRIVE/DEPTH, FILTER/FBACK and RATE/GAIN shape the program, FIDELITY changes the speed of the analog clock driving the DSP
- IN sets the level, with a lamp that flashes when the DSP clips; MIX blends dry and wet
- CV inputs for GAIN and FILTER, the third one going to DEPTH or to the Fidelity clock, chosen by the switch
