Switch 4

A performance switcher and router in 8 HP, designed with and for live players. Every path is buffered and impedance-compensated, so audio, control voltages, pitch CVs and gates pass accurately.

Key features

• Bottom section: four dual-action lever switches make or break the path from each input to its output
• Latched when pushed up, momentary when held down, cut in the centre
• Inputs normalled top to bottom, so one signal can feed several outputs; input A carries +5 V when left unpatched, to make manual gates
• Top section: two rotary switches each pick one of the four inputs and send it, through a dual-action switch of its own, to a routing output
