QMMG

The QMMG, Quad Multi-Mode Gate, is a large riff on the Buchla 292 quad low pass gate, with a MIX output and the original feature set. It holds eight vactrols; this is the 2024 Black and Gold edition.

Key features

• Adds a high pass mode, voltage controlled feedback and direct coupling
• Normalizations let channels combine into band pass gates, steeper filters or a whole synthesizer voice
• A signal input and a CONTROL input with its OFFSET knob on each of the four channels
• A FEEDBACK knob with its CV input, and a MODE knob choosing between VCA, low pass and high pass
• Its own output on each channel, all four summed at the MIX output
