Description
Two fully discrete transistor VCA cores wired in series, working at the voltage and signal levels of the Model D's own VCA.
Key features
- Two audio inputs with their own levels
- Two CV inputs control the gain of VCA 1, with an offset to set a preset gain
- A Master CV input and level control the gain of VCA 2
- An onboard jumper selects a high gain mode that drives VCA 1 into soft clipping
- In that mode the second VCA sets the level like the master volume of a guitar amplifier
